WE had a great time and would like to Thank You for a wonderful place to stay! We just like being in a house and having all the amenities we are used to having at home.  That’s what we get with the Belle Cote Villa!  Thanks so much for a wonderful place to “live” for the time we get to spend in Dominica.  Hampstead & Batibou beaches are the BEST!!!!!

Belle Cote is Outstanding and I would definitely say that it is well worth it.  The people and the atmosphere are amazing and the views from the house are breath taking.  It was very clean and everything that I needed before going to the store was there, that was very helpful.  The beach was amazing - It was peaceful and very relaxing.  I really enjoyed my stay and am actually planning to come back in October.  Thank you for opening this wonderful place to vacationers.

Belle Cote was better than our expectations and Dominica was so wonderful that we have finally found our ideal vacation spot. Belle Cote is equipped with everything you need to have a luxury vacation. It is ideally located to multiple, beautiful, nearly deserted beaches and waterfalls. The convenience to Calibishie makes it easy to stop by one of the local markets for beverages, fresh fruit, or something for dinner. The view is beautiful and we spent every morning on the veranda with coffee. The landscaping and the forest beyond the back deck/pool attracts multiple types of birds. Dominica is a special place that is not for every traveler, but if you are looking for a place that you thought never existed, that has beautiful beaches that require a little off-road driving, or a nice hike to get to, then this is the place for you. Dominica has a very lush and pristine environment and the people are extremely friendly and proud of their country. We will continue to return for years to come as it is our most favorite island out of many that we have been to. Thank you so much Pat and Deb!!!!!!!!

We loved your place and hope to return again next year when we bring our medical missions and gospel concerts to the island.  We have property in Dominica but can't afford to build yet but when we do, we hope we can built a house as nice, cozy, comfortable and beautiful as yours. We had an absolutely wonderful time in Dominica. Belle Cote Villa is fabulous and far exceeded our expectations!!! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay there. We loved the environmentally friendly set-up. The living arrangements are extremely comfortable and well maintained. Rosie is a true gem and she is extremely efficient. It's a steep path down to the beach but it is well worth it.  Great place to stay!!!

We are thoroughly enjoying our time in your beautiful, well-equipped home in the Nature Isle.  After staying in 3 places on island last year during our vacation, I must say that I was overwhelmed when I first entered your magnificent home.  Everything is so well-planned for our comfort and enjoyment!  It is truly a pleasure to stay here.  As I love to cook, especially with all the wonderful fresh ingredients of the islands, your "chef's kitchen" is a special treat.  Last year I was literally eaten alive by "no-see-ums" (local bugs:)) but have not had that problem at all in your house.  Thank You so much for everything.

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa and found the Dominican people extremely nice, helpful and friendly.  Loved Batibou Beach, when we finally found it.  Swam in Hodge Bay and loved snorkeling in Champagne Bay.  Found the "easy" hike down to Chaudiere Pool a bit daunting for us spring chickens.  Nice hike to the Emerald Falls.  Bought a fresh fish (Magritte) at Marigot and cooked at home for two nights.  That was great.  You have picked a wonderful spot to retire!  The best equipped of the many villas we have rented in the past. Enjoy it!

The villa is very comfortable and is well located. The walk down to the beach is a little tough for unfit people, but there are easier beaches within a very short driving distance. The kitchen has lots of amenities – whole meals can be cooked there. It’s truly like a home away from home. It’s ideal for a family who isn’t ready to go the eco route and do without TV and other comforts – such a family can explore scenic Dominica during the day, but come home to familiar comfort every night.  We loved how you had a collection of videos, DVDs, CDs and books. We actually took the Eagles CD in the jeep with us when we were sightseeing, as we hadn’t thought to bring our own music! It was also nice that you had pool stuff, snorkeling stuff etc. – it really was like a home. The master shower was awesome! The living room was very comfortable – the kids fought constantly over who got that lovely soft blanket you have on the couch!  We would stay there again for sure.

Highly recommend, great house, full of amenities and beautiful view with a pool as a bonus. Washer and dryer a plus, since we scuba dive, not much room left for clothes so only having to pack a few and being able to wash mid week was great.  Rosie, Walsh and the beaches were also great.

We had a wonderful time staying at your villa.  We had everything we needed to make some wonderful homecooked meals on the grill and to relax by the pool.  There were 4 of us and we had more than enough room to spread out. We ate twice at the Red Rock Inn down the road and both times were delicious.  Rosie was very patient and helpful. My husband, Billy, snorkeled out to the island but the rest of us were content to do some beach combing and river exploring in the area below the villa.  We all wish our stay could have been longer.

The villa itself is on a spectacular bluff where the ocean breezes blow all the time and the scenery is majestic! Beaches within walking distance of the villa were the cleanest and most unspoiled.  We had the beaches to ourselves!  You've got the perfect setting.  It's truly an unspoiled island. While renting a car will get you around, be sure to walk and talk to folks as you go. They shared crops with us and told us how to cook them. They told us a lot about life in Dominica.
