Rental Policy: |
- Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.

Deposit Policy: |
- Initial deposit - One half of total rental due to hold reservation
|

Refund Policy: |
- Cancellations must be in writing and received 90 days prior to check in date. A refund will be given, less $100.00 for the administrative fee.
- For cancellation notices received after 90 days, no refund of monies paid will be made until the canceled period is re-rented and confirmed.
- If the property is not re-rented for the canceled period, all monies paid, cancellation administrative fees and taxes shall be forfeited as damages. If the canceled period is re-rented, any monies and taxes paid will be refunded less a $100.00 for the administrative fee.
- The purchase of travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations is recommended.
